Modified & Filled PTFE Tube — Engineered Compounds

Beyond pure virgin-grade material, we also mold and extrude filled tube stock with performance-enhancing additives. Each filler targets specific property improvements — wear resistance, thermal conductivity, creep resistance, or friction reduction — for demanding industrial bushings, wear rings, and machined components.

Bronze Filled PTFE Tube
Copper-tin bronze powder. Highest load-bearing capacity, excellent thermal conductivity. For heavy-load bushings, wear rings, and high-pressure piston guide rings.
Graphite Filled PTFE Tube
Flake graphite powder. Lowest friction coefficient, self-lubricating. For dry-running bushings, compressor rider rings, and sliding wear components in non-lubricated service.
Carbon Fiber Filled PTFE Tube
Chopped carbon fiber reinforcement. Superior creep resistance, high compressive strength, excellent dimensional stability. For structural bushings and high-temperature valve components.
Glass Fiber Filled PTFE Tube
Milled glass fiber reinforcement. Best wear resistance, low creep, excellent chemical compatibility. Most common filled PTFE tube — cost-effective for hydraulic bushings and seal rings.
Polyimide (PI) Filled PTFE Tube
Vespel-style polyimide filler. Lowest friction among filled grades, non-abrasive to soft mating surfaces. FDA-compliant, ideal for food-grade and pharmaceutical machinery bushings.
POB (Ekonol) Filled PTFE Tube
Aromatic polyester resin filler. Excellent high-temperature wear resistance, non-abrasive, FDA-compliant. For chemical pump wear rings and rotary shaft bushings.
Glass Microsphere Filled PTFE Tube
Hollow borosilicate glass microspheres. Reduced density, improved compressive strength, lower cold flow. Visually identifiable blue color. For sanitary flange bushings and chemical pipe liners.
MoS₂ Filled PTFE Tube
Molybdenum disulfide powder. Ultra-low friction, enhanced wear resistance, improved non-stick properties. For boundary-lubricated and dry-running dynamic seal bushings.
