What types of pipe fittings and components do you manufacture? +

We manufacture a comprehensive range of PTFE, PFA, FEP, and PVDF pipe components including: couplings (straight connectors), elbows (45° and 90°), tees (equal and reducing), crosses (4-way), reducers (concentric and eccentric), union connectors, adapters (male/female thread conversions), flanges (ANSI, JIS, DIN standards), end caps, plugs, nipples, compression fittings, hose barb connectors, FEP/PFA tubing, and fully custom manifolds or multi-port blocks. Any connection type — flared, NPT threaded, butt-weld, or compression — can be machined to your specification.

What connection types can you provide for pipe components? +

We manufacture components with flared (flare fitting), NPT threaded, butt-weld, and compression-style connections. Our CNC capability allows us to machine any end configuration — simply specify the connection type and size on your drawing, and we'll match it exactly.

PFA vs PTFE — which material is better for semiconductor chemical delivery? +

PFA is the preferred choice for semiconductor applications due to its higher purity (lower metal extractables), better stress-crack resistance to aggressive chemicals like HF and HCl, and its ability to be heat-welded for leak-free connections. PFA components meet SEMI F57 standards required by most semiconductor fabs. PTFE is suitable for less demanding chemical lines and general industrial service.

Can you manufacture custom manifolds and multi-port blocks? +

Yes. We specialize in custom fluidic components beyond standard fittings — multi-port manifolds, distribution blocks, mixing tees, and custom geometry blocks. Send us your P&ID or sketch, and our engineers will design the component for CNC machining from solid PTFE or PFA stock.

What tube sizes are available in FEP and PFA? +

We supply FEP and PFA tubing from 1/8" (3.2mm) OD to 4" (101.6mm) OD in various wall thicknesses. Custom wall thicknesses are available for specific pressure or vacuum requirements. FEP tubing is available in transparent grades for visual flow monitoring applications.

What certifications do you provide for pharmaceutical WFI systems? +

We provide FDA 21 CFR compliance, USP Class VI biological reactivity testing, and full material traceability certificates for all pharmaceutical-grade components. Additional documentation — including surface finish certification (Ra), cleanroom packaging verification, and resin lot traceability — is available for your validation package.

What is your minimum order quantity for custom pipe components? +

We support prototype orders starting from 1 piece for design validation. Production quantities start at 50 pieces per component type, with volume pricing at 500+ and 5,000+ pieces.
