What is the difference between PTFE and expanded PTFE gaskets? +

Expanded PTFE (ePTFE) is highly compressible and conforms to irregular or damaged flange surfaces, making it ideal for glass-lined equipment. Solid PTFE gaskets offer better chemical resistance and dimensional stability for precision applications.

What is your minimum order quantity for custom gaskets? +

We accept orders from 1 piece for prototypes and testing. Production orders typically start at 50 pieces, with volume discounts available for 500+.

How quickly can you deliver custom gaskets? +
