Graphite Filled PTFE Sheet

Flake graphite powder. Lowest friction coefficient, self-lubricating, excellent chemical resistance. For dry-running gaskets, expansion joint liners, and sliding wear pads in non-lubricated service.

Carbon Fiber Filled PTFE Sheet

Chopped carbon fiber reinforcement. Superior creep resistance, high compressive strength, excellent dimensional stability. For structural gaskets, high-temperature flange seals, and chemical tank linings.

Glass Fiber Filled PTFE Sheet

Molded vs skived PTFE sheet — which should I choose? +

Choose compression-molded plate when you need thickness above 6mm, large-format structural components, isotropic properties, or thick sections for tank linings and machined parts — this process delivers the density and strength heavy applications demand. Choose skived film for thin applications (0.1mm to 6mm), where a naturally smooth surface is an advantage, for gasket sheet and die-cut parts, or when you need continuous roll lengths for automated production. Molded plate gives you thickness; skived film gives you surface finish and thin-gauge flexibility — both available from a single supplier.

What is the minimum thickness PTFE sheet you can supply? +

Skived film starts at 0.1mm (100 microns) thickness — this covers gasket, liner, and release applications where every micron counts. Compression-molded plate starts at 5mm minimum thickness — the right choice for structural and load-bearing components. For applications between 0.1mm and 5mm, skived film is the right solution. We can supply continuous rolls of skived material with consistent thickness tolerance of ±0.05mm end to end.

What is the maximum sheet size available? +

Compression-molded plate is available up to 2000mm x 1000mm — this large format minimizes joints in tank lining projects. Skived material is supplied in rolls up to 1500mm wide with continuous length — ideal for automated die-cutting lines. For very large molded dimensions exceeding these sizes, we can produce special billets. Contact us with your requirements and we will provide a feasibility assessment.

What is the difference in surface finish between molded and skived sheet? +

Skived film has a naturally smooth, as-peeled surface with a subtle grain from the skiving process — ideal for gasket and liner applications where surface conformability matters. Molded plate has a machined or cut finish with slightly more texture. Both types can be further refined by sanding or CNC machining if required. For the smoothest possible surface without post-processing, choose skived film. For maximum thickness and structural integrity, choose molded plate.

How long are your skived PTFE sheet rolls? +

Standard skived rolls are supplied in 30-meter lengths. We can provide custom roll lengths based on your production requirements — longer rolls for automated die-cutting lines, or shorter cut pieces for manual fabrication. Thinner gauges (0.1mm–1mm) can be supplied in longer rolls; thicker gauges (3mm–6mm) are typically supplied as flat sheets due to their reduced flexibility.

What is the minimum order quantity for PTFE sheet? +

For standard sizes in stock, MOQ is 1 sheet or 1 roll. For custom-cut sizes, MOQ is typically 1 sheet. For custom thicknesses outside our standard range, MOQ is typically 10 kg. We accommodate prototype and small-batch orders — contact us with your dimensions for a specific quote.
