Modified & Filled PTFE Sheet — Engineered Compounds

Beyond pure virgin-grade material, we mold filled stock with performance-enhancing additives. Each filler targets specific property improvements for gaskets, liners, and machined components in demanding industrial environments where standard polymer would not hold up.

Graphite Filled PTFE Sheet
Flake graphite powder. Lowest friction coefficient, self-lubricating, excellent chemical resistance. For dry-running gaskets, expansion joint liners, and sliding wear pads in non-lubricated service.
Carbon Fiber Filled PTFE Sheet
Chopped carbon fiber reinforcement. Superior creep resistance, high compressive strength, excellent dimensional stability. For structural gaskets, high-temperature flange seals, and chemical tank linings.
Glass Fiber Filled PTFE Sheet
Milled glass fiber reinforcement. Best wear resistance, low creep, excellent chemical compatibility. Most common filled PTFE sheet — cost-effective for heavy-duty gaskets, insulators, and wear plates.
