Can you produce washers in non-standard dimensions? +

Yes. We specialize in custom washers — any OD, ID, and thickness combination. Send us your drawing or sample, and we'll match it exactly. Our CNC turning capability handles diameters up to 1000mm.

What is the thinnest washer you can manufacture? +

We can machine washers as thin as 0.3mm in PTFE and PEEK. For ultra-thin washers, we use specialized workholding and tooling to maintain flatness and prevent warping during machining.

What material should I choose for electrical insulation washers? +

PTFE offers the highest dielectric strength for pure electrical insulation. PEEK combines excellent insulation with structural strength for load-bearing applications. Acetal (POM) is a cost-effective choice for less demanding electrical isolation.

What is your minimum order quantity for custom washers? +

We support prototype orders starting from 1 piece. Small batch (10-50 pcs) and full production runs (1,000+) are all welcome. Volume discounts apply for orders of 500+ pieces.

Do you provide material certificates and compliance documents? +

Yes. Every shipment includes full material traceability with batch certificates. FDA, RoHS, REACH, and USP Class VI documentation available upon request for regulated industries.

How quickly can you deliver custom washers? +

Standard lead time is 7-15 days depending on material availability and quantity. Urgent orders can be expedited to 3-5 days. We also offer consignment stock programs for repeat orders — ask Leon about setting one up.
