What purity level does your PFA labware achieve? +

Our ultra-pure PFA labware achieves sub-ppb (parts-per-billion) metal content for critical elements including Fe, Ni, Cr, Cu, Zn, and Pb. Each production batch is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) detailing trace metal concentrations by ICP-MS. This purity level meets the requirements of semiconductor and pharmaceutical analytical labs.

Can you manufacture custom labware shapes not found in standard catalogs? +

Absolutely. We specialize in custom labware — send us your drawing or sketch with dimensions, and we'll CNC-machine your exact geometry. Custom beakers, digestion vessels with specific wall thicknesses, custom crucibles, and one-off research containers are all within our capability. No minimum order for custom machined pieces.

What is the difference between PTFE and PFA for labware? +

PFA offers lower extractable metal content than PTFE, making it the preferred choice for ultra-trace ICP-MS and semiconductor applications. PFA also has better stress-crack resistance and can be heat-welded for sealed vessels. PTFE is more economical and works well for general chemical synthesis and less demanding analytical work. Both share the same broad chemical compatibility.

Do you provide cleaning and packaging for cleanroom use? +

Yes. All PFA labware intended for trace analysis undergoes a multi-step acid cleaning process (nitric acid + ultra-pure water rinse) in our clean zone. Products are double-bagged in Class 100 cleanroom-compatible packaging and labeled with batch traceability. Certificates of Cleanliness are available upon request.

What are your lead times for custom labware? +

Standard lead time for custom machined labware is 7-15 days. For urgent requests, we offer a 5-7 day expedited service. PFA labware requiring acid cleaning and certification adds 2-3 days. Contact Leon for current lead times on your specific design.
